dimensional plane

Dimensional Plane is a concept piece exploring the capabilities of Photoshop in combining 3D assets and 2D drawing techniques, connected by a high-fantasy theme through the sprite in the 3D surface and the overseeing sky presence. Keeping the colour scheme simple, the details are in the render's use and how the green presence outlines the environment - additional brushwork and blending was used to expand the render's volume, while the background reaches to the foreground through linear and additional layers.

Representing an 'endless road' with surreal environmental imagery, Dimensional Plane remains exemplary of my ability to create stories from contrasting elements, drawing in new viewers for its wonder and narrative ambiguity, and is a major element of how I crafted my approach towards design.
